Remember, good things are worth the wait! Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. We save you a lot of money by shipping direct from the warehouse where everything is made - it takes a little extra time, but it's definitely worth the wait! Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
We offer free shipping on all orders!
Rest assured that everything listed on our site is currently in stock. Anything that is temporarily out of stock will be automatically removed from our product pages. So, if you see it, it's available!
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. You may also track your order directly from the store by visiting the "Track Order" page - found in the top menu or at the bottom of each page. Please allow a few days to receive the email. We get tracking numbers once our warehouse ships your order.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns will only be accepted if your product is damaged or faulty. Please email us and we will make it right! Just let us know and we can either ship a replacement item out or start a refund for the item.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
